Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, corer strength, and muscle balance. In this series, we will focus on balance, flexibility, ease of daily living and relaxation, while building stamina and strength.

Dance Fitness is an exhilarating aerobic workout class set to radio hits (pop, club, hip hop) music and uses easy-to-follow move combining fast and slow rhythms (interval training) to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This is a great way to burn off that extra energy and calories. The class is geared primarily for teens but can be enjoyed by all!
