Topics will include how to budget appropriately to purchase a home through the NACA Program, the benefits of a NACA mortgage, and how to use NACA to either refinance or save a home that is subject to possible foreclosure.There will be emphasis on how this program does not require a down payment, closing costs, or PMI, while the interest rates are below market.
