Making a Career Out of Writing Books 4-Part Series: Continuing Education & Lifelong Learning

This series will discuss how to turn your passion for writing into an ongoing career. You will learn how to network, get published and take advantage of writing opportunities.


Instructor Douglas Pratt published his first novel, Blood Remembered, in 2011. Since then, he has published nineteen novels. In 2020, prior to the pandemic, he went to writing full-time.  Since then, he has had numerous best-selling books.  In 2023, he launched his own publishing company, Manta Press.  In addition, he is the co-host of the podcast The Two Authors’ Chat Show.
