Plant Based Vegan Cooking Class

Cooking demonstration, basic how-to instruction. Vegetarian/Vegan diets - help maintain proper weight, improve many life-style related health problems and great food.

Ms. Leslie Caza, our presenter, has been a vegetarian/vegan instructor for over 30 years and has taught vegetarian cooking for about 30 years at churches, senior citizen center, PTA meetings and most recently recorded cooking programs for 3 Angerls' Broadcasting Network.  She continually searches for new recipes, techniques and loves to re research the health-related impact of lifestyle and diet choices.
